Text Reaction: Before another player's action simultaneously destroys 3 or more of your Personalities: Negate their destruction. Battle/Open: Give your target unbowed Samurai the ability, "Battle: Ranged 4 Attack".
So Samurai's plural, and I can target all of my Samurai right?
I'm aware that should be wrong, but someone I know is arguing that gramatically, Samurai is also a plural. So how many samurai can it target when it doesn't specify?

Wrong.
"Any number of your Samurai" would let you target all of your unbowed Samurai. http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Special_wording ... _of_things
