The new MRPs coming in CE15 are making me wonder if the new wording of Kyuden Hida will allow for using the stronghold to pay for the follower and getting to draw from the reaction. The wording is as follows:
Kyuden Hida Reaction: After you attach a Follower from your hand: Draw a card.
I know that there is a certain order of steps that attach a follower, but I could not find anything about it in the comprehensive rules. If the order is declare the action, choose the follower, attach the follower, and then pay costs, then this would allow to react off the stronghold and then bow it to pay the gold cost of the follower. Can someone please clarify the order in which these steps must be taken?

No. If you bow Kyuden Hida to pay for the Follower you are attaching from your hand, you will not be able to use its Reaction (see below).
I know that there is a certain order of steps that attach a follower, but I could not find anything about it in the comprehensive rules.
The sequence can be found in Card types, Playing attachments: "To play an attachment card, a player follows this sequence: A. The attachment enters a specially created entering-play area. B. If the Personality being attached to has not already been designated, the player chooses a legal Personality for the attachment. C. The attachment's restrictions on entering play are now checked. If restrictions can not be met, the attachment goes back where it came from and the sequence ends; if the attachment came directly from a search of a deck, it is shuffled back into the deck. D. The player pays the attachment's Gold cost and any other costs of bringing it into play. If costs are interfered with and not fully paid, the attachment card returns to where it came from and the sequence ends. E. If restrictions and costs were met, the attachment enters play in the Personality's unit. F. The entering play area ceases to exist."
Can someone please clarify the order in which these steps must be taken?
The Follower's costs are paid in step D. It enters play and becomes attached in step E (see Attach in the glossary), so here is when the Reaction on Kyuden Hida should be taken. You can either bow this Stronghold in step D to pay the Follower's Gold cost, or use its Reaction in step E.
