if I am targeting a personality with a ranged attack, and my opponent plays a reaction to redirect it to another of his legal personalties, may I react with Arrows do not falter to increase the range attack targeting the new target..?

Reaction: After a Ranged Attack targets a card: Give the Ranged Attack +2 strength.
Note that timing of this card is after targets are chosen. You may choose to use Arrows do not Falter after targets are chosen, regardless of who does the choosing.
