Does Border Keep "enter play" at the beginning of the game?
I would like to know if my Border Keep is bowed during my opponent's first turn, if I went second.

Border Keep and entering play.

Start of game: All players show their Strongholds at the same time, and start with the Stronghold and an unbowed Border Keep holding in play.
