Black Hearts, Red Blades Battle: Target two of your unbowed Ninja Personalities without non-Ninja Followers: Move them home. If both of them moved, discard any cards in the current battlefield's province and draw two cards.
My question is about discarding regions attached to the province. An opponent targeting my province can only discard the face down/up card in the province and nothing attached to it right? This also goes for every card that discards cards in a province too (Bayushi Paneki Exp 5, Bayushi's Guidance, Bayushi Eisaku Exp), correct?

Correct.
