A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Ruling done here http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=79202&p=1037685&hilit=+fosuta#p1037685 I have a quick follow up question if Isawa fosuta exp lives untill the begining of the next turn.
Does Player A get to decided if he straightens or gives someone a -1/-1 curse token. Since he was the one who originaly took the action on isawa fosuta exp.
Or
Does Player B now get to decide if isawa fosuta Straightens or gives someone a -1/-1 curse token. Since he now controls isawa fosuta at the start of a turn when the effect triggers.

Yes. In Fosuta's action's effects, 'you' is the player who controlled Fosuta when this action was taken.
