can you give a force penalty to an item? and would that item then give it's penalty to the personality it is attached to? such as unstoppable power to armor of the heavens so as not to target the personality and lose honor.

i haven't gotten a response since friday. if i have just Isawa Kumai at the battle field and use unstoppable power on armor of the heavens, do i a) gain two honor and the personality that has armor of the heavens loses two force b) gain two honor and the personality loses no force, or c) gain no honor and the personality loses no force
