My SearchFu has failed me, sensei.
Battle: Choose Tactician, Commander, Magistrate or Scout. All Personalities with that keyword at the current battlefield have -2F while there, and all of your Samurai Personalities have +1F while there.
What happens when I choose Commander, and I have multiple Mantis Commander Samurai present at the battlefield? Are they -2F, -1F, or +1F?
