Test of Sincerity
Text Political Open: Target another player's Personality. His controller may have him commit seppuku; if he chose this, he gains 4 Honor. If he did not choose this, dishonor the Personality, and his controller loses 2 Honor; if he is now below his starting Family Honor, he may ignore Personalities' Honor Requirements until the game ends.
What happens if you target a dishonored personality and the opponent chooses to have him commit seppuku? Will the personality re-honor from the honor gain? Or will the opponent lose the personality's personal honor and then gain the 4 honor from the seppeku?

What happens if you target a dishonored personality and the opponent chooses to have him commit seppuku?
The targeted dishonorable Personality commits seppuku (see below), then your opponent gains 4 Honor, per card text.
Will the personality re-honor from the honor gain?
No, he will rehonor from his seppuku.
Glossary, Seppuku: If an effect directs a Personality to commit seppuku, apply the following effects: “Rehonor the Personality, then destroy him; these effects will not be negated.”
