I am confused as to how Order of Venom works...
Reaction: After a Kiho action is announced: Lose 1 Honor. Straighten this Personality. After the Kiho action ends, bow this Personality.
Does this mean I can target a bowed monk with a Kiho action (even if the constraints say target an unbowed monk), he will straighten, and then can be used to perform the action?
Please advise.

Because the order of actions is to announce before targeting (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Abilities_and_a ... _abilities), you won't be targeting an unbowed Monk, because the Personality will, indeed, have straightened due to the Reaction on Order of Venom.
