Is this card in play until the end of the turn? Does that mean that i can only use it's granted Limited action once?

Like dishonor or bowing or destruction, putting a card into play is an instant effect and therefore has no duration. Once it's in play, it stays there.
Because it's instant and has no duration, the default "until the turn ends" duration for effects does not apply.
