How does overlying a personality from a province with Temple of Tsukune work? Temple of Tsukune says that personalities come into play bowed from this province.(the province it is attached to).

When a Personality overlays from a province with an attached Temple of Tsukune, the Region's trait does not bow him because he does not enter play (see below, emphasis mine).
Temple of Tsukune's trait reads "After a Personality enters play from this province: Bow him."
Physically marked card states, Overlaying: "an overlaying card is not entering play even if it comes from an out-of-play area."
