Can someone please explain what his abilities do? I am having a hard time with this description:
Reaction: After you announce an action: Reduce the Gold Cost of a target card (in play) by 2 until the action ends.
Does this mean:
1) I announce that I will purchase a personality. The personality's Gold Cost is reduced by 2? I don't think so because the personality is not in play.
2) I announce an action (any) and reduce the current Gold Cost of a personality by 2? This will combo nicely with Tsuruchi Mochisa's ability.
3) Other.
I am really confused on this one. Please advise.
