Hello,
I was playing tonight and had a curious question, which I believe follows presence and location, but am not sure.
Battle: Target a Follower in your hand or discard pile. Attach it to your target Personality, paying 3 less Gold. You may take an additional Battle action.
Does this mean that:
(1) Naizen can attach the Follower to any target Personality (anywhere, even at home or out of the battle)? (2) Presence and location still must be adhered to (the card doesn't state outside of the battle) and thus the Follower can only be attached to someone at Naizen's current battlefield.
I tried searching for this, but my SearchFu has failed me. Please advise.

(2) is correct here. For Battle actions, the Rules of Presence and Location must be obeyed unless otherwise stated on the card.
