Just a quick question, the timing seems close enough to call either way to me.
If a player brings Akuma no Oni (Exp. 2) into play from his rightmost province, does it refill before being destroyed? I'd think so, since a province refills automatically when a card leaves it and Akuma no Oni's trait doesn't trigger until he's in play.

No refilling before Province destruction.
