Hi,
How does Well-Defended Border work? Let's say I have 5 units. 1 gets bowed during the action phase. I then declare an attack to the province with a Well-Defended Border region attached. I wasn't able to break it and my units go home bowed. Does he gain 1 honor from the region?
Well-Defended Border Unique Attacking Personalities and Followers have -1F while at this province's battlefield. Reaction: After another player's Dynasty Phase begins, if he controls any units and did not assign any to attack this province this turn: Gain 1 Honor.
Thanks!

In order to take the Reaction, the other player must control one or more units, and during the Attack Phase he assigned no units (now living or dead) to attack that Province.
