If for example, I have a dishonorable personality and the opponent uses a duel action(e.g. Steel on Steel, Imperial Adjudication, Enough Talk!) on him and I get to win the duel, do I get to re-honor my dishonored personality?
References:
Imperial Adjudication:
Iajutsu • Imperial • Political Open: Target your unbowed Duelist: He challenges another player's target Personality. If that Personality is honorable, his controller looks at the top three cards of his Fate Deck, then may refuse the duel; if he refuses, bow and dishonor the Personality, and discard those cards. Destroy the duel's loser.
Steel on Steel:
Iaijutsu Battle: Target your unbowed Personality: He challenges a target enemy Personality. Destroy the duel's loser.
Enough Talk!:
Iaijutsu Reaction: Before the resolution of a Political action performed by a Personality, target your unbowed Samurai: He challenges the other Personality. Destroy the duel's loser. If your Samurai wins the duel, the Political action's effects do not happen.
Thank you for your answers!

No. Winning a duel does not rehonor the winning dishonorable Personality. However if the action or trait that created the challenge makes the winner's controller gain Honor and either targeted, came from, or was performed by the dishonorable winner, he is rehonored and his controller does not gain the Honor (e.g. Impromptu Duel).
Honorable and dishonorable: "There are a number of ways to rehonor a dishonorable Personality. * Before a player gains Honor from an action or trait that targeted, came from, or was performed by one or more of his or her dishonorable Personalities, the Personality is rehonored and the player does not gain the Honor. * Before a player gains Honor from attaching a card to one of his or her dishonorable Personalities, the Personality is rehonored and the player does not gain the Honor. * Before a player with one or more dishonorable Personalities in his or her army gains Honor from allying with that army or from destroying enemy cards in battle resolution, all such dishonorable Personalities are rehonored and the Honor is not gained. In a tied battle, all dishonorable Personalities in an army are rehonored before being destroyed, and their army’s leader gains no Honor."
