Hi,
From Shikibu no Oni xp : Before an action destroys Shikibu: Negate the destruction. If he is in play after the action's resolution, choose one of your Personalities at Shikubu's location; he is consumed by Jigoku. Remove the chosen Personality from the game.
(Don't think "delayed death" is the good term, but didn't now how to say it better...) The question is to now how Shikibu interacts with card effects that destroy a personality after the resolution of the action, like Mountains of the Phoenix, Wedge or Seiden Sanzo. It seems that he would stay in play at no cost, because the action resolves and the destruction effect happens later, and as the resolution of the action already happened, you negate the destruction but don't check if he is still in play and don't have to remove a Personality from the game.
Mountains of the Phoenix : Battle: Before this battle’s resolution, the Attacker and the Defender each choose a unit in their own army; the active player decides who chooses first. Then, destroy the chosen units.
Seiden Sanzo : Limited: Target a Personality you own and control. Give him Cavalry and +3F. Destroy him after your next Dynasty Phase begins.
Wedge : Battle: Target your Personality: You may not target cards in his unit with actions until after this battle ends. After this battle’s Resolution Segment begins, double his Force and the Force of each Follower in his unit. Destroy him after the battle ends.
Thanks

If an action's delayed effect is about to destroy your Shikibu no Oni (Experienced) whereas the action has already resolved, Shikibu's trait triggers: it negates the Onilord's destruction from this delayed effect, then it activates its own delayed effect that will trigger after the action's resolution, only if Shikibu is still in play at that time, and that will make you choose one of your Personalities at Shikibu's location and have him consumed by Jigoku. Because the action whose effect triggered Shikibu's trait has already resolved, this delayed effect will never apply so it will never remove any Personality from the game.
Thus if you choose your Shikibu no Oni (Experienced) as the unit to destroy for Mountains of the Phoenix, its trait negates the Onilord's destruction from the Terrain's effect and no Personality will be consumed by Jigoku. Similarily if you target Shikibu with Seiden Sanzo or Wedge or any action with a destruction effect delayed to a moment that happens after the action's resolution, its trait negates the destruction from the action and no Personality will be consumed by Jigoku.

I Do Not Die So Easily! Reaction: After another player's action targets your Personality during a battle: Negate his destruction from the action's effects. After the resolution of your next Battle action this battle, destroy him.
My opponent plays an action that targets and kills kills my Shikibu no Oni Exp when he is the only personality in my army. In the targetting step I react with the above card.
Does this negate the destruction from my opponent's action, preventing Shikibu's trait from activating? Should I then resolve a Battle action, does Shikubu's trait negate the destruction from I Do Not Die So Easily and then not consume him by Jigoku?
Thanks!

Does this negate the destruction from my opponent's action, preventing Shikibu's trait from activating?
Yes. The negation effect of I Do Not Die So Easily! is an ongoing effect that negates the occurrence that defines the trigger (Shukibu's destruction), so it takes effect at step A of the timing sequence. Shikibu's trait would take effect at step B but the destruction has already been negated so it does not trigger.
Should I then resolve a Battle action, does Shikubu's trait negate the destruction from I Do Not Die So Easily and then not consume him by Jigoku?
Yes. The second effect of I Do Not Die So Easily! applies after the resolution of your Battle action and attempts to destroy Shikibu no Oni but its trait negates this destruction and the second part that would make Jigoku consume one of your Personalities never applies.
