Heya guys

Can Akuma no Oni experienced 2 be targetted by Vengeance Cannot Wait? I'm thinking not, but wanted to make sure.

Akuma text: Shadowlands • Nonhuman • Oni • Overlord • Experienced 2 Oni no Akuma • Unique After Akuma enters play: Lose 15 Honor and destroy your rightmost province. During the Action Phase, Akuma does not bow and may not be targeted. Once per game, after a battle's resolution in which an attacking army containing Akuma destroyed a province: Destroy another of the Defender’s Provinces.

Vengeance Cannot Wait: Limited: If a battle resolution destroyed one of your Provinces since your last turn ended: Bring a target face-up Personality in one of your Provinces into play, paying 6 less Gold.

Can Akuma no Oni experienced 2 be targetted by Vengeance Cannot Wait?

No, because its trait prevents it from being targeted even while it is out of play.

Card features, Continuous traits: "While their card is out of play, continuous traits affect the card they are on".
