I have noticed a few Strategy cards whose constraints block says "Target a unit:".
The Glossary entry for Perform says that a Personality or Follower performs an action if it is targetted in the constraints block, but targetting a Unit is not quite the same. So, who performs such an action? The Personality? Its Followers? All together? Is it, non-intuitively, not Performed?
