Rehonoring during battle (http://rules.l5r.com/Battles#Resolution_Segment) has the same trigger as the Experienced Sosho Tishi, but rulebook effects (C in http://rules.l5r.com/Timing#Resolving_timing_conflicts) come well before Reactions (F in http://rules.l5r.com/Timing#Resolving_timing_conflicts).
