Just a short question about Fury of the Dark Lord. I already know that the destructions caused by it are separate effects that happen simultaneously. But I would like to know who decides in what order the destroyed cards hit the discard pile. It cannot happen simultaneously - some cards will physically lie on top of others

The discard piles: If multiple cards enter the discard pile at the same time, their owner determines the order they go in.
