A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Assume you have lost 1 or more provinces during the game.
After a province with Overflowing Fields refills, you bow Overflowing Fields to peek at the next card. If it is not a holding, can you still turn it faceup with The Third Yasuki War? (Assuming you haven't refilled using Third Yasuki War this turn already)

No.
The Third Yasuki War's indefinite conditional effect is triggered when the province is refilled. Overflowing Fields' Reaction is triggered "after you refill this province".
You may, however, use The Third Yasuki War's effect to refill face-up, bring that card into play and use Overflowing Fields' Reaction when you then refill.
