Several questions about Unexpected Arrival

I have several questions regarding Unexpected Arrival. Maybe they are self evident or have been asked but here goes....

1. Can i use unexpected arrival to overlay in battle, ie moto chagatai xp4 on xp5?

2. Can i use unexpected arrival to bring into play seperately an experienced unique card (ex moto chagatai xp4) when an unique exp version of itself is already in play (ex moto chagatai xp5)? In other words can i use it to have both my moto chagatai xp4 and xp5 out at once but as seperate units?

I'm thinking no to both answers but just wanted clarification. thank you.
