Take the Charge: Heroic Reaction: When a Battle action would target one of your Personalities: The action instead targets another legal Hero Personality of your choice that you control.
Political Influence: Political Battle: Bow your target Courtier: Target one to three enemy Personalities. Reduce each one's Force by your Courtier's Personal Honor or Chi (you choose). Gain 1 Honor.
scene: my opponent attacks with his Hida Sozen xp(hero), Hida Haruko(hero) and Hiruma Tabarou (non-Hero), i block with my Asahina Beniha. my first battle action was political influence, i paid for the cost (bowing Beniha), declared the 3 attackers as my targets and reduced their force by Beniha's chi (-4f each) my opponent reacts with Take the Charge and redirects the penalty from Sozen to Haruko.
is it possible?

If you choose there to be 3 targets, Take the Charge cannot alter that amount.
In this case, Take the Charge would be illegal to play.
Note that this is not the case with Misdirection, which changes who chooses the targets (and thus how many you target).
