Okay if I have a Togashi Dai, Togashi Kazuki, Bowed ring of void and a unbowed Harmonious temple. My opponents first action is to Unexpected Betrayal's my Togashi Dai, For my action can I use the battle action on Harmonious temple I target Kazuki and my bowed ring of void. Can Togashi Dai use his trait to pay the cost of bowing instead of void?

This list does not include "using a trait to pay a cost of an action". Togashi Dai is not performing the action on Harmonious Temple when he bows to pay the cost.
