The announcement post mentions that "the functionality of the card remains the same in the vast majority of cases." Was concern given to the fact that this increases the power level of the card a fair deal, as a player may now wait to see if a determination is necessary before actually playing it, rather than being required to play it without such knowledge? (Or am I completely incorrect on how this worked?)
