I attack my opponent, play Sneak Attack to get the first action and announce for example Ruthless Advance. My opponent reacts with Reinforce the Gates to negate the effects. As the timing window for reacting after the action's announcement is still open, I can react with Determination on Ruthless Advance, right? Will the effect of Ruthless Advance be negated or will it resolve? Thank you!
Determination vs. Reinforce the Gates

As already covered here, this timing change means that Determination can push an action through Reinforce the Gates.
