But traditionally an announcement towards such dates has been stickied at the top of the rules forum. The current legal list of cards is available at the Rules Wiki, so this forum has been a logical place to look for such announcements.

My informal and unofficial understanding was that the Samurai Championship weekend (i.e., 8 November) was the release date. So, assuming the normal 30 day limit... early December. No word on what cards, if any, would roll in with it.
But again, that's not official. We will see what we can glean from our sources.
