The Third Yasuki War: Until the end of the game, each player who has lost one or more provinces this game may refill one of his provinces face up during each of his turns.
This event resolves more than once during a particular game: once for me and once for each of my opponents. After these resolve, a player has one of his provinces destroyed.
Does he now have one face-up refill for each event resolved, or does he only get one face-up refill regardless of the number of times this event resolves?
