The new box-topper from THW reads:
"Until the end of the game, lobbying is an Open action for you."
Does that mean that lobbying loses the Political keyword, or does it only modify the Limited actions type, and retain the Political keyword?

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

The latter is correct. Lobbying is still Political.
Such phrasings only change the designator and not any keywords; if removing keywords was meant, it would be explicit (eg Black Heart of the Empire's "Lobbying is not Political for you.").
