If my oponent destroys my Brother In Arms Experienced and then I use Fortified Camp to attach it back again to one of my personalities do I get to use the battle action he concedes to the normal Brothers In Arms one more time even if already used before?
By the way, when a bowed follower is destroyed and I react with Fortified Camp, does it ataches bowed as he was when destroyed or unbowed since he's coming into play again?

Yes, for reasons stated in the post you linked to.

Unbowed. The card fully hit the discard, where it lost its bowed/unbowed status.

Yes, for reason stated. The trait of the Experienced Brothers in Arms affects only cards in play (http://rules.l5r.com/Physically_marked_ ... ut_of_play).
