Hi. Again... this was rather rulesome Sunday for us
Soshi Tishi (experienced) Political Reaction: Before a player gains Honor during battle (including resolution): Negate the gain.
Standard Bearers (follower) (...) After a Resolution Segment ends, if this card was in the winning army, and was opposed at any time during that battle: Gain 3 Honor.
Vigilance Keep (stronghold) After you destroy a province as the Attacker: Gain Honor equal to the base Personal Honor of one of your Personalities at that battlefield.
a) could Soshi Tishi negate gain from Vigiliance Keep? I assume yes - althouth it isn't stated on card, text implies that honor gain happens in Resolution Segment
b) could Soshi Tishi negate gain from Standard Bearers? "After resoultion segment ends" - this could be still during or just after the battle...

Yes, you can; no assumptions necessary. The trigger for Vigiliance Keep's trait is "After you destroy a Province as the Attacker". That always only happens in the Resolution Segment of a battle.

It's still during, so he could negate the Standard Bearers gain. The battle doesn't end until three steps after the Resolution Segment ends:
