Again, questions about Rule of Location / Rule of Presence exception elasticity
Bayushi Chikayo Battle: Move your target opposed Courtier home. Move Chiyako to the current battlefield. If the Courtier moved, the enemy leader loses 2 Honor.
Situation: Bayushi Chikayo opposed at battlefield A, anonymous opposed Courtier at battlefield B. Battle A goes on. Could Courtier from battle B be targeted with Chikayo's action? Chikayo would be present at the current battlefield anyway, then she would not mess with Rule of Location at all...
Just for clarification, same question in general: during battle, if I have an action that has separate and independent targets, do each and every separate target & effect fulfill Rule of Location / Rule of Presence exceptions, or is one enough?
[Mod edit: suppressed abbreviations; please avoid using them, like "RoLocation" for "Rule of Location" - LH]

No. This Courtier is not at the current battlefield and Chikayo's Battle action would not move him there so he is not a legal target for it.
The Rule of Location: "Any cards in units must be at the current battlefield to be legally targeted by a Battle action. [...] EXCEPTION: A Battle Action can target [...] a card in a unit at another location if its costs or effects say they can move the unit to the current battlefield."

The rules of Presence and Location define which Battle actions can be legally taken and which targets are legal for those actions. You must always fulfill both rules for all Battle actions you take and all targets of those actions.
