"Your Naga Personalities in an army with both Akasha and Moto Chen have +4F"
Seems like a dumb question, but does Akasha also get +4F?

In regards to this thread, why not? per english and other cards she should, should she not?

George is a Naga. Thereforth George has red hair.
By this definition then Hida Kuon doesn't give himself a minimum force and chi. Togashi Satsu doesn't give a bonus to himself.
Why not then have Akasha worded like Bayushi Iyona "Iyona has +1F for each other Samurai or Ninja in her army."?
If Akasha said "your other naga personalities at the same battlefield as Akaha and Moto Chen gain +4f" then you're interpretation of english would be correct. But Akasha doesn't exclude herself, so she would be included in the bonus if Chen was there as well.
She is in an Army with herself, no? Otherwise one personality would never be in an Army. If Moto Chen is there she should absolutely have her bonus for being Naga.

After discussion within the Rules Junta, it has been decided that a card can be "with" itself. This means that Akasha does get +4F if she is in an army with Moto Chen (and herself).
This ruling gives consistency with either interpretation of "with": the Personality can be accompanying Akasha and Moto Chen, or the army can contain Akasha and Moto Chen.
