Taking into consideration this :
• Once players have created their decks, they declare two Storyline-Legal Factions. They are considered to be playing both of those factions, for all card and rule purposes, throughout the tournament. Once that is done the tournament begins.
For purposes of draft rules, are these Facions your clan alignment?

I don't understand the question. What cards does it matter for?
Let's assume that my opponent has chosen Crane and Crab as his Factions during draft. He has bought a Crane Personality. I want to play Sowing Suspicion . Is a Crane Personality a legal target for this action?
Open: Bow a target Human Personality who is aligned to a Clan other than his controller's. He can not straighten until his controller's second Straighten Phase from now.
So does the Shrine of Lady Sun have a clan alignment?

Draft specific rules: Once players have created their decks, they declare two Storyline-Legal Factions. They are considered to be playing both of those factions, for all card and rule purposes, throughout the tournament.
Clan alignment: A player’s Clan alignment, for example “Scorpion Clan” or “Unicorn Clan,” is the same as his or her Stronghold’s.
So both the player's and his stronghold's Clan alignments are those of the chosen Clans.
A Personality aligned to either of the chosen Clans is not a legal target for Sowing Suspicion.
