Crab Clan Berserker. Undead. Experienced 2. Unique. Lose 5 Honor. Amoro can only attach Skeleton and Zombie Followers. Plague tokens do not affect Amoro. Reaction: Immediately before your turn begins, if Amoro is dead and in your discard pile, he permanently costs 2 more Gold. Shuffle him back into your Dynasty deck.
Out of curiosity, how does the new rules regarding card memory affect his reaction, if at all?

Under discussion.

As printed, Hida Amoro experienced 2's ability works rather too well, due to the new card memory rules. Consequently, his ability should read as follows:
Reaction: Before your turn begins, if Amoro is dead and in your discard pile: Shuffle him back into your Dynasty deck. Permanently raise the Gold Cost of all Hida Amoro Experienced 2 cards you own, in and out of play, by 2.
The "all" wording changes game state, so it persists while Amoro is face down and out of play.
