Determination: Dark Virtue Reaction: Before you announce an action, target one of your Samurai: The action can not have its effects negated or have its targeting changed. After the action destroys any Personality, remove him from the game.
One after Another: Political Open: Target your unbowed Courtier: Target a Personality. Players may not use abilities on any Personality with the Personality's title this turn. Lose 1 Honor.
My opponent uses One after Another on my turn and names personality X. Can I use Determination to use personality X's abilities this turn?
Thanks.

My opponent uses One after Another on my turn and names personality X. Can I use Determination to use personality X's abilities this turn?
No. Determination prevents an action from having its effects negated or its targeting changed. One after Another forbids some Personalities to use their abilities, which is neither a negation of their effects nor a change in their targeting: you aren't allowed to announce an action from any ability on Personalities with personality X's title this turn. See also Glossary, May not: "May not" is not negation.
