Is it legal to play Kitsuki Nagiken xp reaction in response to dishonor which happen after the personality was destroyed throgh battle resolution in the battle which was created by heated discussion. I assume yes , but wanted to make sure. thx

Yes. The battlefield exists all the way through resolution, so a Personality is still at a battlefield and is a legal trigger for the Reaction.
