I'm using Yodin Sensei, my opponent is playing Shiro Kitsuki. If he has more personalities in play than I do and plays Charge of the First Legion to bring 4 face down personalities into play, does my sensei prevent 3 of them from entering play?
Relevant text:
Yodin Sensei:
"You cannot target other players' Personalities with card effects. The player (or players) with the most personalities in play cannot bring a Personality into play if he or she has brought a personality into play this turn."
Charge of the First Legion:
"Open: Pay 20 Gold: Bring all face-down Personalities attached to your Provinces into play, ignoring costs. Limited: If any other player has at least 35 Family Honor, bring up to 2 face-down Personalities attached to your Provinces into play, ignoring costs."
