Justly Earned Victory vs Tokens

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Justly Earned Victory Battle: Negate all Force bonuses and penalties to cards at this battlefield from actions.

If my Personality has a "-X/-Y" token created by an action and I play Justly Earned Victory for its second action, which of the following happens?

1) My Personality's Force and Chi return to normal, as the Chi penalty is from the same effect as the Force penalty. 2) My Personality's Force returns to normal, as JEV only negates bonuses and penalties to Force. 3) My Personality's Force and Chi remain at their lowered state, as the penalty is from a token, not an action.

1) No. While the Chi penalty is from the same effect, Justly negates a specific penalty, not the whole effect.

2) There you go. Spot on.

3) No, because http://rules.l5r.com/Non-card_physical_game_elements:"Effects of tokens come from the card or other source that created them."

Also, this was already pretty much answered here.
