Geisha Escort from Clan of the Month Pack states: Personalities opposing this card cannot straighten.
Shosuro Nikai states per his errata:
Ninja Limited: Create a battlefield (not at any province). Assign Nikai to attack there. Assign another player's target unit to defend there, even if its Personality is bowed, and straighten it. Fight a battle there. No other units may move there. After the battle ends, lose 3 Honor.
If Nikai has a Geisha Escort attached which effect takes precidence ... The trait on the Geisha Escort which prohibits straightening or the straighten effect of Nikai's ambush ability if target is bowed?

Shosuro Nikai attempts to straighten the defending personality, but the Geisha Escort negates the straightening. The Personality remains bowed.
