If Bayushi Kaukatsu (Experienced 2) targets two personalities both capable of Seppuku, may both Seppuku in reaction to his printed ability?

No, only the first target can commit seppuku. The second target is chosen by the first target's controller, who is usually another player, so it is chosen after he loses 3 Honor and it is too late to commit seppuku.
