Will this combo work? During the battle phase I want to use The Kahns Gambit and then use Recruiting Allies as my next battle action. If the Khans Gambit is out can I use battle actions such as Recurring Allies from my hand after that? I hope this makes more sense.
The Kahns Gambit Winter Terrain Battle: Your Personalities have +1F and cannot move home. You cannot use abilities on your cards at this battlefield.
Recruiting Allies Battle: If there are one or more enemy units at the current battlefield: Create three 2F/2C/2PH Samurai Personality cards in your army there. Remove them from the game after the battle
"You cannot use abilities on your cards at this battlefield." sounds like it refers to personalities but the wording of Unshakable makes it iffy.
Unshakable Tactical Battle: Target an Action card in your discard pile. Play it for one of its Battle abilities as an additional action. Remove this card and the target card from the game, even if out of play, after that action ends. (Observe restrictions on the ability's number of uses, such as the default "once per turn.")

I'm sorry, but this question is too vague to answer. I see three cards listed in your post, but there's nothing written there about how you're trying to make them interact.
"You cannot use abilities on your cards at this battlefield." sounds like it refers to personalities but the wording of Unshakable makes it iffy.
I can at least answer this. Your quoted part of The Khan's Gambit means that you cannot take any action (take an action = use an ability) that is on any of your cards at that Terrain's battlefield; not just Personalities, but your Attachments in that battlefield's army, too.
Again, though, I can't tell exactly what bearing you feel this has on Unshakable. It's not a card AT the battlefield (ie, in an army there), so it's not affected by Khan's Gambit's restriction.
