May I use Yuki no Onna's Wrath if deadly ground has been played? May I choose to use this spell and not distroy the deadly ground?

Yuki no Onna's Wrath Water Battle: Bow this Shugenja: Destroy a target card without attachments opposing this Shugenja. You may destroy a Terrain.

No. An action must have an unconditional effect to destroy Deadly Ground for the action to be legal.
