I tried searching but didn't find an answer I understood or could directly apply to this situation.
Here's the situation: Player A declared an attack against player B, afterwhich player B plays Retribution on player A. After the battles of player B's Retribution resolve, player A wants to react with a Retribution to player B's Retribution, but player B also has another Retribution he wants to play at this time. Who get's to react first?

Your missed this: "Retribution". Player A plays his Retribution before Player B plays his second copy.
