This ruling states that a Determination-affected kill action can kill Hida Sozen Experienced.
This ruling seems to be saying that Determination, being a non-continuous negation effect, does not stop continuous negation effects.
Sozen's trait is a continuous negation effect. Can a Determined action still kill Hida Sozen Experienced?
(I realize the second ruling is tentative, but I hadn't seen anyone bring up this consequence yet.)

Yes, Determination negates Hida Sozen Experienced's trait's continuous negation effect if it is played before announcing an action which effect destroys him.
Effects, Duration of negation effects: "If a non-continuous negation effect uses “can not” wording, (such as, “Battle: A target Personality cannot be bowed,”) this is an ongoing effect that follows the normal rules of duration, prevents instantaneous effects from happening, prevents new ongoing effects from taking place, and negates ongoing or continuous effects."
