KAZUMASA: Reaction: After an action or Event with the Winter or Mountain keyword resolves, even if Kazumasa is bowed: Draw a card. Straighten Kazumasa.

Isawa Shokuta: Phoenix Clan • Shugenja • Earth • Mountaineer Shokuta can assign during Cavalry Maneuvers if you are the Defender. Earth Battle: Bow Shokuta or one of his Spells: Raise or lower the current battlefield's province's strength by Shokuta's Force.

If i use Isawa Shokuta's battle action, can i react with Kazumasa? Kazumasa reacts with the mountain keyword, and Shokuta is mountainer... Does it work?

No. There is no "kinda sorta close" keyword rule.
