A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Tetsu Kama Mura states that before you draw a card you may draw it from the bottom of your deck. Can you... 1. draw your opening hand from the bottom of the deck? 2. take the bottom card of the deck with Shrine to Fukurokujin? 3. look at the bottom of your deck with Temples of Gisei Toshi? 4. use Tamori Wotan, Tamori Konoye, or K'mee look and draw ability from the bottom instead of the top? 5. look at the bottom card of the deck with Sushi Stand instead of the top card? 6. draw the bottom 3 cards of the deck for focusing instead of the top 3? It's alot of redundant and more than like old questions, but I want to know the rulings before going to a kotei.

Asked and answered very recently
2. take the bottom card of the deck with Shrine to Fukurokujin?
It says "draw" so you can draw it from the bottom.
3. look at the bottom of your deck with Temples of Gisei Toshi? 4. use Tamori Wotan, Tamori Konoye, or K'mee look and draw ability from the bottom instead of the top? 5. look at the bottom card of the deck with Sushi Stand instead of the top card? 6. draw the bottom 3 cards of the deck for focusing instead of the top 3?
3. Effects that happen to put the top card of the deck into a player’s hand without saying “draw” are not considered drawing – for example, when a player looks at the top four cards of her deck and chooses to put the one that happened to be on top into her hand.
None of those effects say to "draw" anything, so they don't interact with your Stronghold.

Regarding this, Shrine to Fukurokujin does say to draw the card, so I would think that you could in fact draw the card off the bottom of your deck with that holding. Correct?

Yup. That one managed to by on a bad copy-and-paste job. It does say "draw," so you can draw it off the bottom of your deck, just like Tetsu Kama Mura says.
