I tried the advanced search on the search string "fu leng" and looked up CR: Costs and Restrictions and couldn't find anything for this type of restriction so I ask:
If personality A gained the shadowlands trait and personality B was destroyed during the same turn, and no other personalities have had either situation happen to them, will Fu Leng be able to enter play during the same turn?
Fu Leng has this restriction Will not enter play unless at least two Personalities were destroyed or gained the Shadowlands trait this turn.

No.
